Your contentment is paramount at FreshMintShop, and we accommodate no-questions-asked returns and exchanges within 30 business days. We aim to process refunds expeditiously within 1-2 business days under these conditions:

  • Our small home appliances are valued items. When you return them, please ensure they remain in their pristine original packaging with all accessories intact. The products should not display any modifications or bear scratches—they must be in a condition that allows for resale.
  • Apart from quality-related issues, all returned items must be free from any form of damage.

Note: Before sending back an item for return or exchange, please coordinate with our customer service team. Returns initiated without prior notification will not be accepted.

How To Return An Item?

For returns, get in touch via info@freshmintshop.com to verify your eligibility and understand the procedure clearly. If returning due to a defect or damage attributed to us, provide visual proof (photo/video) for our assessment. Upon approval of the claim as a valid issue on our end, we will take care of the shipping fees associated with the return.

If your reasons are personal—such as dissatisfaction with color or size—you’ll need to cover the cost of returning it yourself while ensuring that both product and labeling are sent back in their original state. Rest assured; there’s no restocking fee involved.

Order Cancellation

You have up to 30 minutes after placing an order to cancel it hassle-free; cancellation requests will be processed within one working day (24 hours). On successful cancellation, expect a refund credited directly into your payment method account promptly thereafter. Please understand cancellations aren’t possible after this window has passed due to processing constraints making package restoration unfeasible.

Refund Timing

Typically refunds reflect within 1-2 business days depending on how you made your initial payment—note shipping costs remain non-refundable—and patience might sometimes be required during this interval—if there’s an undue delay beyond the expected timing don’t hesitate to reach out through customer support who’ll assist checking up on things.
